Bel Rock did a great job working with me to get work on two parking lots done. Each had different needs and were in different states of disrepair. Phil made some honest recommendations and gave a proposal quickly. This company helped us figure out exactly what we would need to acquire the proper permit from the city and helped come up with a plan to satisfy the city’s requirements, while keeping the job as affordable as possible. Once the permit issues were figured out, Bel Rock was quick to get the work scheduled and everything was completed within the promised time, except for one small, unavoidable, setback with some striping due to weather. Phil was communicative about the setback and kept me informed so it was not a big deal at all. I would recommend Bel Rock for any commercial work and I’m sure they are just as good with residential.
